Services
Individual Therapy for Adults
We provide evidence based therapies for individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma and a range of other presenting concerns. We also help individuals to understand if a persisting problem needs treatment and make appropriate referrals if the problem is outside of our expertise.
In addition, we serve the following specialized populations: members of the LGBTQ+ community, first and second generation immigrants, individuals of South Asian descent, and families adjusting to adoption or foster care placement.
Therapy for Children and Adolescents
We provide evidenced based therapies for children and adolescents presenting with issues related to mood, anxiety and trauma or stress related concerns, as well as behavioral concerns like aggression and problems in school. We can also help families understand if a persisting problem needs treatment and make appropriate referrals if the problem is outside of our expertise.
In addition, we serve the following populations: children in foster care, LGBTQ+ youth, and children in first or second generation immigrant families.
